The LFVA celebrated the holiday season with a luncheon in the luxurious wine cellar at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in City Center. Guests were entered to win exciting raffle prizes like a weekend getaway at the Inn at Perry Cabin, a spa package and other gifts. The group also presented a $5,000.00 check to Beacon House. Through this donation and many others Beacon House will be able to continue their vital work helping underprivileged children with their studies, athletics and summer camps.

Our exclusive Summer Speaker Lunch at The Fairmont Hotel featured the inspiring Jim Morris, “The Rookie.” Jim’s remarkable journey from high school teacher to Major League pitcher captivated everyone in the audience. His heartfelt speech, including a tribute to his grandfather’s service to the local community, left us all motivated by his call to action.

Our Spring Happy Hour at the beautiful new space of Mintz provided a breathtaking venue with panoramic views of downtown DC. It was a fantastic opportunity to tour a premier law space, showcasing innovative design solutions, performance technology, and construction strategies while gathering with friends and colleagues on a beautiful sunny day.
