With over 20 years of experience in marketing, account management, and business development in the Metro DC professional sector, Courtney serves as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Washington Express (WEX) and Office Movers Express (OMX). She is dedicated to making every client’s experience seamless, efficient, and stress-free, ensuring that businesses receive reliable, high-quality solutions for their logistics, office moving, and document authentication needs.

With a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Western Washington University and a Master’s in Educational Policy from the University of Maryland, Courtney has a deep understanding of human behavior and decision-making. Her background in data analysis, statistical methods, and leadership enables her to anticipate client needs, refine service offerings, and continuously enhance the customer experience.

At WEX, Courtney plays a key role in maintaining the company’s 40+ year reputation for reliability and excellence. She collaborates with businesses to provide customized solutions that prioritize efficiency, accuracy, and ease of service. Known for fostering strong relationships at all levels, Courtney ensures every client interaction is smooth, professional, and hassle-free.

Her involvement in the Law Firm Vendors Association has allowed her to build and nurture both professional and personal relationships, further strengthening her network and friendships.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys time with her family—both human and canine—along with reading, small acts of kindness and baking.
