Joe Alvarez

Joe Alvarez is a dynamic leader and visionary in the storage and asset management industry, with a strong commitment to serving the legal community. A graduate of George Mason University and a Hall of Fame athlete, Joe developed a strong work ethic balancing academics and athletics while also gaining hands-on experience as an installer for NOS.

In 1991, Joe and his former business partner, Dan Harbison, acquired NOS, transforming it into a premier provider of specialized storage solutions, RFID asset management, document digitization services, and glass/de-mountable wall installations. Under his leadership, NOS has successfully completed over 8,000 installations and continues to expand its impact.

Joe is deeply engaged with the legal sector, working closely with law firms to optimize records management, office space solutions, and secure storage systems tailored to their needs. His expertise in integrating technology with legal operations has made him a trusted partner for firms navigating the evolving landscape of document security and workplace efficiency.

Building on his success, Joe spearheaded the launch of BoldPilot, the latest business unit under NOS. BoldPilot is a full-service contract furniture provider, offering innovative workplace solutions that enhance functionality and design. With this expansion, Joe continues to push the boundaries of office optimization, delivering tailored solutions that support the evolving needs of law firms and corporate clients alike.
