Rachel Johnson

Rachel is dedicated to helping clients create functional, beautiful, and efficient workspaces. With a B.S. in Interior Design from Cornell University and an MBA from UMass Amherst, she combines design expertise with business insight to drive exceptional results. Starting her career as an Interior Designer, she quickly discovered her passion for sales and leadership within the design industry. At MOI, Rachel oversees Sales, and Interior Construction across DC, Maryland and Virginia, working closely with clients to solve challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Her talented, multidisciplinary teams partner with law firms to deliver sophisticated, high-performing environments that enhance productivity, support firm culture, and leave a lasting impression.
